BOOKING CONDITIONS

We set out the main terms and conditions of your vacation rental.

The agreement is drawn up to clarify our obligations to you, your obligations to us, and in the very unlikely event of any dispute, we will use this document as the basis for any resolution.

Please read it carefully before confirming your booking and ensure that it is consistent with your understanding of what you expect from the vacation rental.

 

Rental period: The period begins at 4:00 p.m. on the agreed start date of the reservation and ends at 10:00 a.m. on the agreed end date.

 

The person named on the booking form who will assume sole responsibility for the whole part throughout the rental period.

 

What we offer:

1. We will provide a clean and well-maintained vacation property suitable for your vacation.

2. More specifically, within the Property:

Bedding and towels will be of good quality and freshly laundered. The kitchen items provided will be of good quality and usable. All electrical appliances will be in good working order.

The property will be well supplied with sufficient crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking appliances in good condition. The pool will be professionally maintained and sufficient outdoor furniture will be provided for the available occupancy.

3. We will ensure that all utilities (including but not limited to gas, electricity, internet, satellite TV, water are connected and that all bill payments are up to date. We will not be liable to you for any failure or interruption in the provision of any utility services beyond our control.

4. We will provide thorough cleaning service between tenants is included in the rental price.

 

Your part of the market:

1. You will pay us the agreed rental charges as follows:

25% of the total rental amount is payable upon booking. The reservation cannot be considered accepted until we receive the deposit. 6 weeks before the start of the rental period date, you will pay us the balance.

In addition, you will have to pay a security deposit of 300€. Any late payment will constitute a cancellation on your part of the reservation.

2.   While you occupy the Property, you will be responsible for maintaining the Property, furniture, furnishings and equipment in the same condition as you find it at the start of the rental period, and will indemnify us against any loss or damage caused by your negligence beyond the security deposit.

3. You will promptly report any defects in the Property or breakdown of equipment, plant, machinery or appliances in or on the Property, and arrangements will be made for repair or replacement as soon as reasonably possible.

4. You will not exceed the maximum permitted occupancy.

5. You allow maintenance staff, cleaning staff and the owner's representative reasonable access to the property for repair and maintenance.

6. You will not smoke inside the property and you will ensure that no one else does either.

7. You are required to take out the bins and waste to the dedicated locations (collective bins a few meters from the vacation spot. We reserve the right to apply a penalty of €50 (deducted from the security deposit) if this commitment does not is not respected.

 

SECURITY DEPOSIT

1. When you pay the final installment, you also pay us a security deposit as defined above. We will collect and hold this against any undue damage or serious loss or breakage occurring during your stay.

2. If there is no problem, we will refund 100% of this deposit within 30 days of the end of the rental period.

3. If we need to keep any of these funds, we will let you know in advance.

4. The sum reserved by this clause will not limit your liability to us in the event of major damage.

 

CANCELATION

1. For cancellations received more than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period, the deposit will normally be refunded in full.

2. For cancellations received less than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period, 25% of the reservation amount will be refunded.

4. For cancellations received less than 5 weeks before the start of the rental period, all monies (except the security deposit) will be forfeited.

5. All cancellations must be made in writing.
